TFS Build using WSP Builder

I came across a discussion where it is mentioned that WSP builder can be installed on the build machine to generate the .wsp file. I'm currently able to build a .wsp file using WSP builder in my DEV machine. What are the steps necessary for building the .wsp file in the build machine using code checked into TFS? Any drawbacks to this method? This is a little confusing to me, so can anyone please explain?

Basically WSPBuilder is a console application and therefore you have to create your own "Build Server" and call WSPBuilder.exe when all the files are ready.
I have seen others do this with success.
