I downloaded and successfully installed WSP Builder for SharePoint Foundation 2010. I can even see the corresponding project template in my templates List.

Because in VS2010, when I open my solution for the custom webpart that I have built, and when I do rightclick on the solution, I can see a short cut menu option WSPBuilder. I created wsp file using this but when I deployed on production server, i was not able to find the webpart anywhere, not even option to activate the webpart. I think I am missing something.

Can anyone help me with basic steps that I need to follow to create .wsp files.
